The greeting we received when we arrived was fantastic 😀 the Supervisor and her team was wonderful we stayed one night for our wedding anniversary and the outpouring of Love was great! I would recommend this place to my friends and family . The restaurant on site was great breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience . Also, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for the anniversary dessert 🥰

Room was just right, comfortable bed and had been improved since the last time we had visited. The port view was really good. Breakfast was not good, locations changed and variety of food limited for the price and type of hotel.

We encountered some airline problems, our flight home was canceled and the front desk was very compassionate to our predicament. We really loved out room the first night and the staff did their best to provide us with the additional nights for our new flight home.

Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, had completely updated furniture and carpeting, rainshower showerhead, and a very comfortable king-sized bed. The outdoor bar was fun and had delicious cocktails. The restaurant was good enough for a quick bite, if a bit overpriced. Also loved that we were able to catch a shuttle from the lobby to take us to the cruise port for only $8 per person.
